When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the 1st respondent police has concluded the investigation and charge sheet is also filed on 07.04.2023 before the Additional Mahila Court, Trichy District for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 313, 417 and 294(b) IPC.

3. Since the very purpose for filing this petition has been defeated on account of completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet, this petition has become infructuous. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infrucutous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
