ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of separate patta in her favour. The petitioner had already given a representation in this regard on 10.04.2024.

2.The first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass an appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law. The first respondent will put all the interested persons on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
