This criminal original petition has been filed by the petitioners herein seeking police protection for getting back their certificates. The first petitioner and the second respondent got married to each other in the year 2002. The petitioners 2 and 3 were born through the said wedlock. Since misunderstanding has arisen between them, the second respondent/Balamurugan had failed H.M.O.P.No.80 of 2021 against the first petitioner before the Sub Court, Thirumangalam, for divorce. In the said H.M.O.P. the petitioners herein can very well file an I.A. for return of the certificates. If such an I.A. is filed by the petitioners, the Sub Court, Thirumangalam shall number the same and dispose it of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks thereafter.
