2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by the trial Court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by the trial Court is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
