[Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] This Writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to remove all the encroachments in the path way situate in survey numbers 131, 131/1, 131/2, K.Puliyangulam Village, Sekkanoorani, Tirumangalm https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Taluk, Madurai District, based upon the representation dated 27.07.2016 and the proceedings of the second respondent dated 05.08.2016 issued to the third respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first to third respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent.

3.The Writ Petitioner seeks removal of the encroachments in the pathway in Survey Number. 131, 131/1, 131/2 K.Puliyangulam Village, Seekanoorani, Tirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District. He wants fixing of the boundaries also. He gave a representation dated 27.06.2016. But no action was taken. Therefore this writ petition was filed. The third respondent is directed to enquire into the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with law for removal of the encroachments. The third respondent shall give notice to the concerned encorachers. The entire exercise shall be completed within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
