O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.56 of 2020 dated 07.02.2020 and file final report within a stipulated time.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that even though a case in Crime No.56 of 2020 under Section 420 IPC has been registered in the year 2020, investigation has not been completed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No. 56 of 2020 is almost completed and pray for three months time to file final report.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

5. In view of the above submission, the respondent police is directed to file the final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the compliance report must be submitted to the Registry thereafter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
