COMMON ORDER W.P.Crl.(MD)No.2722 of 2026 has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to give police protection to the petitioner's life and hospital staffs and patient life until disposal of civil disputes and forbearing the third respondent from interfering with the day to day activities of Frontline Multi Speciality Hospital and Research Institute.

2.W.P.Crl.(MD)No.1471 of 2026 has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to conduct an enquiry and provide adequate police protection to the petitioner to enter into the hospital namely Frontline Hospital, situated at Anna Statue, Chatiram Bus Stand Trichy, based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2026. 3.Nowadays, Writ Petitions are being filed under the guise of injunction suit or specific performance suit. In the present case, already a civil suit has been filed and even Interlocutory 4/8

Application has been filed and the arguments are over in the said I.A. Petition.

4.In such circumstances, the petitioner in W.P.Crl.(MD)No. 2722 of 2026, is claiming police protection for the day-to-day activities of the hospital and the petitioner in W.P.Crl.(MD)No.1471 of 2026 is claiming police protection for the petitioner to enter the hospital.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that police protection cannot be granted for running the hospital or for entering the hospital. However, in order to ensure the safety of the patients in the hospital and the peaceful conduct of the hospital, this Court directs Mr.Jeya Prakash Narayanan, who is one of the share holders and Mr.P.Palanisamy, who is the power agent, alone to enter the hospital. However, the aforesaid persons cannot enter the hospital along with their men or any other persons and disturb the day-to-day affairs of the hospital. It is made clear that this order holds good only till the disposal of the Interlocutory Application pending before the Civil Court. 5/8

6.Accordingly, these Writ Petitions stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
