ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 341, 323, 427 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.21 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused said to have waylaid the defacto complainant and abused him

with filthy language and assaulted him and also criminally intimidated him. Hence, the complaint.

3.Even though the offences alleged in the petition is under Section 323 and 506(ii) of IPC, by considering the previous bad antecedents, the earlier application in respect of the petitioner came to be dismissed by this Court based on the ground that the petitioner is continuously involved in assault cases, even after he was released on bail on one of the previous case. There is no change of circumstances. Hence, this petition deserves to be dismissed. 4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
