ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.According to the petitioner, based on some money dispute, complainants have been filed against her. The grievance of the petitioner is that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, the respondent Police frequently called the petitioner for enquiry and asked her to repay the amount and also harassed her under the guise of enquiry.

3. Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that there are several complaints are pending against the petitioner alleging that the petitioner has borrowed money from the third respondent and others. In the above said complaint, the third respondent only asked the petitioner to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appear for enquiry, without appearing for the enquiry, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

4. Considering the fact that already enquiry is pending on the complaint given by the third respondent, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent for enquiry and during the enquiry, the second respondent is directed not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
