This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.1285 of 2014. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that, already the investigation is over and final report is also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Madurai on 02.08.2019. 3.Recording the above said submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition and the same stands closed accordingly.
