O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.17 of 2019 and file final report within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that even though a case in Crime No.17 of 2019 has been registered in the year 2019, investigation has not been completed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No. 17 of 2019 is almost completed and prayed for three months time to file a final report.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

5. In view of the above submission, the respondent police is directed to file the final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the compliance report must be submitted to the Registry thereafter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
