Respondents in both WPs Prayer:- This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned seniority list in the cadre of High School Head Masters for promotion to the post of Higher Secondary School Headmasters in Na.Ka.No.98776/W.1/E1/2015 dated 29.06.2016 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to prepare a combined seniority list in the cadre of Post Graduate Assistants including the Headmasters of the High School for the sake of promotion to the post of Higher Secondary School Headmasters.

ORDER

The petitioners have come forward with the above Writ Petition praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the impugned seniority list in the cadre of High School Headmasters for promotion to the post of Higher Secondary School Head Masters in Na.Ka.No.98776/W.1/E1/2015 dated 29.06.2016 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to prepare a combined seniority list in the cadre of Post Graduate Assistants including the Headmasters of the High School for the sake of promotion to the post of Higher Secondary School Headmasters.

At this juncture, learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions from the second respondent, submitted that they are going to prepare a Combined Seniority List, as sought for in this Writ Petition, in High School including for promotion to the post of Higher Secondary School and the same will be released on 05.08.2016. Therefore, this Writ Petition, at this stage, is highly premature and need not be entertained. 3.

Recording the statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
