Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to issue pattas based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2016 in survey Nos. 174/160, 174/161, 174/162, 174/163, 174/164 and 174/165 consists of 75 cents respectively in the Kottaiyur village Karaikudi Block Sivagangai District stipulated time frame fixed by this Court. Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohaideen, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents for issuance of pattas. To that effect, he has already made a representation on 19.09.2016, which according to the petitioner, has not been considered so far.

3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition and without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

19.09.2016 and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, also by hearing other rival parties, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
