ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323,379(NH) and 506(i) of IPC r/w. section 4 of TNPHW Act in Crime No.172 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 11.04.2023 at about 1.30 pm., the petitioner quarreled with the defacto complainant and abused him in filthy language and also attacked with hands and harassed one Sumathi who is working as a school teacher and also threatened the defacto complainant. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that her is also a Head Master in another school and now the school has been sealed by the authorities concerned.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

5. This Court had once again watched the video taken by another teacher, in which the petitioner said to have entered into school during working hours and also taking the service register. Further there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present petition for anticipatory bail even after the dismissal of the earlier petition.

6. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
