ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 and 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.01.2017, seeking to consider his earlier 11 years of service rendered in the 4th respondent school between 01.06.1979 to 30.11.1990 along with service rendered as B.T. Assistant in the 6th respondent school from 01.06.2009 to 30.05.2016 and grant service pension from the date of superannuation i.e., 30.05.2016, within a time frame. 2.In view of the limited relief sought for, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 to 3 and 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.01.2017 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, if there are no legal impediments, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
