2. The writ petitioner was working as salesman in the appellant Cooperative Society. He filed W.P.(MD)No.23865 of 2016 challenging the recovery made by the Society. The writ petition was allowed by the learned single Judge on 10.03.2023. Aggrieved by the same, the management filed this writ appeal.

3. During the pendency of the writ appeal, the management and workman entered into a settlement under Section 18(1) of the 2/4

3 W.A.(MD)NO.983 OF 2023 Industrial Disputes Act on 17.04.2025. In terms of the settlement, the management also paid a sum of Rs.3,12,109/-. This writ appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
