[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to remove Seemaikaruvel trees which are in existence in Survey Nos.21/1B and 21/2A, K.Velayadhapuram Village, Trichuli Taluk, Virudhunagar District by way of issuing a Writ of Mandamus. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Mr.M.Govindan, learned Special Government Pleader has taken notice for the respondents 1 to 4.

3.Considering the nature relief sought in the petition, notice need not be sent to the respondents 5 and 6. 4.It is seen from the records that the petitioner has given a representation on 04.01.2017, but the same has not been considered. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.

5.In fine, this Writ Petition is allowed in part without cost. The third respondent is directed to look into the representation dated 04.01.2017 and dispose of the same within a period of fifteen days. Consequently, WMP(MD)No.2712 of 2017 is closed.
