ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.7669 of 2026 dated 27.04.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for modification of the said condition.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kulithalai daily at 10.30 a.m., unntil further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
