RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition made in Crl.OP(MD)No.9253/2019 dated 02.07.2019 on the file of this Honourable Court to the effect that the petitioner shall report before any police station within Sivagangai District.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.P.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Ms. M.ANANTHA DEVI, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE (CRL.SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.9253/2019 dated 02.07.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this Court by the order dated 02.07.2019 has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a condition to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. He further submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation. He further submitted that the petitioner is aged about 60 years and he is having 60% physical disability and also some other ailments. He further submitted that the petitioner is the resident of Sivagangai and he is unable to travel to Ramanathapuram daily to comply with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

condition. Hence he prays to modify the said conditions.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) did not raise any serious objections in modifying the said condition.

4. Taking into consideration of the aforesaid facts and also considering the submissions made on either sides, the condition no. (ii) imposed by this Court in crl.O.P(MD) No.9253 of 2019 dated 02.07.2019, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Singampuneri Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
