RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to grant an interim direction to the Commissioner of of Workmen Compensation, Dindigul, directing him not to disburse the award amount of Rs.7,81,863/- with interest, which is deposited by the petitioner, as per the order dated 17-05-2022, made in WC.No.3/2019 on the file of the Commissioner for Workmen Compensation, Dindigul pending disposal of the above CMA. Prayer in CMA(MD). 730/ 2022 :

To set aside the order dated 17-05-2022, made in WC.No.3/2019 on the file of the Commissioner of Workmen Compensation, Dindigul. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SURIYA NARAYANAN, Advocate for the petitioner, while admitting the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, the court made the following order:- On the side of the petitioners / appellants, it is stated that the entire amount was already deposited and prayed an order not to disburse the award amount to the claimant.

2.There shall be an order of Stay till the disposal of the Appeal.

3.This Petition is allowed accordingly.
