ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.) This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to enlarge the petitioner's son namely K.Venkatesan, S/o.Kalian, life convict (PID 474735) confined at respondent prison in parole for a period of 5 days to alienate the property, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 08.05.2025. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the representation of the petitioner, dated 08.05.2025 has been considered and the same has been rejected by the Deputy Inspector General of Prison(Range), Madurai, vide order dated 09.06.2025.
