The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the respondents to issue individual patta in the petitioner's mother Palavesammal name in respect of Ayan Punja Survey No.691 total extend of 2 acres at Thankalampudur Village, Maanur Taluk, Tirunelveli District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2017.

2. Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the abovesaid representation submitted by the petitioner for issuance of patta, has not been considered so far. Hence, she has come to this Court. 4.

Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition and without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 09.01.2017 and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, also by hearing other rival parties, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
