Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to implement the 13th wage settlement terms No.5 in Checking Inspector / Driving Instructors (CI/DI) and Security supervisor pay band 9300-34800 and grade pay 4300/- with effect from 01.09.2010 on the basis of petitioners representation dated 16.08.2018 consequently, direct the respondents to give all other monetory benefits to the petitioners forthwith.

The petitioners seek for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to implement the 13th wage settlement terms No.5 in Checking Inspector / Driving Instructors (CI/DI) and Security https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Supervisor pay band 9300-34800 and grade pay 4300/- with effect from 01.09.2010 on the basis of the petitioners' representation dated 16.08.2018 and consequently, direct the respondents to give all other monitory benefits to the petitioners forthwith. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent and the learned Standing Counsel for TNSTC takes notice for the second and third respondents. 3.By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioners is disposed of in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.08.2018 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
