Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to survey the petitioner's land to an extent of 0.81.00 Hectares (2 Acres) situated in Survey No. 67/1A1 at K. Alankulam village, Tiruvenkadam Taluk, Tirunelveli District and lay boundary stones based on her representation dated 08.07.2016 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this court. O R D E R

Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to survey her land referred to in the writ petition. To that effect, she has already made a representation on 08.07.2016, which according to the petitioner, has not been considered so far.

3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition and without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 08.07.2016 and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, also by hearing other rival parties, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
