Today when this criminal revision came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner appeared before this court and seeks permission to withdraw this revision. He would further submit that in respect of the prayer sought for in this revision, the respondent police, by obeying the direction given by the Judicial Magistrate, Keeranoor, registered the FIR in Crime No.221 of 2021, on 07.10.2021 for the offence under section 279 and 304(A) IPC.

2.The submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is recorded. In view of the same, nothing survives in this matter for further adjudication. Accordingly, permission is granted and as such, this criminal revision is dismissed as withdrawn.
