PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 2nd respondent herein to execute the Warrant issued by the Hon'ble Forum in E.A.No.6 of 2017 in C.C.No.25 of 2015 within the time stipulated by this Honble court For Petitioner : Mr.B.Jameel Arasu For Respondents : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi No.1 & 2 Government Advocate(Crl.Side)

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 2nd respondent herein to execute the Warrant issued by the Hon'ble Forum in E.A.No.6 of 2017 in C.C.No.25 of 2015.

2. The petitioner lodged a complaint in C.C.No. 25 of 2015 before the District Consumer Redressal Forum, Pudukottai and vide order dated 19.04.2017, the third respondent was directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- towards deficiency of service and accident compensation amount of Rs.18,00,000/- and towards costs a sum of Rs.5000/- totalling Rs.20,05,000/- payable with 9% interest tot he petitioner within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the said award copy.

3. Even then the third respondent complied with the order and filed an appeal inorder to avoid the order passed by the District Consumer Forum. Thereafter the petitioner has filed an Execution Application in E.A.No. 6 of 2017 to execute the said warrant as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10291 of 2019 against the third respondent and it is pending on the file of the second respondent.

4. Considering the above the second respondent is directed to execute the warrant issued as against the third respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in E.A.No.6 of 2017 in C.C.No.25 of 2015. 5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
