Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the third respondent vide office proceedings in Na.Ka.No.SANGAM/4/2016, dated 8.2.2017 on the file of the third respondent Office and to quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the third respondent to allow the Petitioner to continue his contract work.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order of the third respondent, dated 8.2.2017, thereby the licence granted in favour of the Petitioner was cancelled.

2.Heard Mr.R.Karunanidhi, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.It is represented that after filing of the Writ Petition, the Petitioner has agreed to receive the entire arrears amount of Rs.71,566-/ and also submits that the Writ Petition has become infructuous. .

4.In view of the above said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed. No costs.
