ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 406, 408 and 477A of I.P.C., in Crime No. 58 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.12855 of 2020 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) made a submission that A2 is the Chattered Accountant and A3 is the Assistant working under A2. The defacto complainant is the Correspondent of the School and the allegation against the accused is that they have misappropriated a sum of Rs.56,23,500/-. The second accused who was an auditor and the third accused who was an Assistant actively connive for the purpose of taking away the money belongs to the School.

5.This being the serious allegations made, it is not preferable to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Thus, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
