ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to settle the petitioner's terminal benefits along with all monetary benefits based on his representation, dated 16.09.2016.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3.The grievance of the petitioner is that though he was exonerated from the alleged charges, vide order, dated 26.07.2016 by the second respondent, subsistence allowance along with all retirement benefits gratuity etc., have not been settled to him. Seeking such benefits, he made a representation to the respondents on 16.09.2016 and the same is pending without consideration. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be considered on merits.
5.In such view of the matter, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.09.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
