2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today (ie., 21.07.2022), the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in Crime No.581 of 2021 on the file of the respondent has been completed and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eranial and the same was not taken on file.

4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eranial is hereby directed to take the case on file, if it is otherwise in order. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
