O R D E R This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to provide Police protection to life and limb of the petitioner and her family members from the Respondents 3 to 5.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that over the property issue, suit was filed by this petitioner in O.S.No.57 of 1986, that was also decreed for recovery of possession. Later the property was also delivered to him through the Court process as early as on 06.10.2018 itself. She also accepted the delivery. Later trouble has been made by the private respondents and caused damage to the petitioner's property, over which, he send representation on 15.06.2023. It is seen that even without waiting for breathing time, this petition has been filed.

3. The second respondent is directed to issue summon to the petitioner and as well as the private respondents and make a spot visit. He is further directed to dispose the above said complaint/representation made the petitioner within fifteen days from the date of appearance of the parties.

4. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
