Heard both sides.

2.All that the petitioner wants is a copy of the SLR pertaining to the petition mentioned survey number. The petitioner's request was rejected by calling upon the petitioner to certify the reason as to why he seeking the document. Section 6(2) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 states that an applicant is not obliged to furnish the reason. 3.The respondent is called upon to provide the copy of the document to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible. 4.This writ petition is allowed accordingly.
