Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus to directing the 2nd and 3rd Respondents to survey the petitioner's land in Survey No. 776/19 , Patta No. 287 in Kalamavur Village, Kulathur Taluk, Pudukkotai District on the petition of the petitioner dated 1-11-2016.

Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to survey his land referred to in the writ petition. To that effect, he has already made a representation on 01.11.2016, which according to the petitioner, has not been considered so far. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this writ petition and without expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 01.11.2016 and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, also by hearing other rival parties, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
