ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioner was arrested and remanded to Judicial Custody on 25.10.2020 for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 324, 341, 120(b), 109, 34, 307 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.484 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) made a submission that the injured defacto complainant is still taking treatment as the injuries are grievous.
