ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to call for the records relating to FIR in Crime No.11 of 2020 dated 08.03.2020 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as against the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent would submit that after completing the investigation in Crime No.11 of 2020, the respondent police filed the final report before the Special Court, Nagercoil, through E-filing on 15.06.2023.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the Special Court, Nagercoil, to process the final report as per rule and liberty is open to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy before the concerned Court, if he is still aggrieved by the Final Report.
