ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 120(b), 406, 420 I.P.C, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners received huge amount from the defacto complainant and others in order to get job in Abroad, but, they failed to arrange the job and cheated the amount.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4. It is seen that it is a job racketing case, totally there are three accused, in which the petitioners are A1 and A2. They have received huge amount from the general public in order to https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.10964 of 2023 get job in Abroad. Thereafter, they failed to get any job an f also return the money. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that they are receiving so many complaint from so many victims. Thereafter, the custodial interrogation of the petitioners are very much required.

5. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
