Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the respondent in Oo.Mu.(AA.6) 3633/2012, dated 28.06.2012 quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to award compensation at Rs.1600/- per cent to the petitioner land to an extent of 1.36 acres S.No.15/9, Soolakari Village of Aruppukkottai Taluk with all statutory benefits as contemplated order under Land Acquisition, Act 1894 within the stipulated time to be fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER : This civil miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.GA.NATRAJ, Government Advocate for the petitioner and of not appeared for Respondents in person or through by an Advocate, the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 853 days in filing the W.A.SR.(MD)No.43396 of 2020.

2.Though notice has been served on the respondents and the names are printed in the cause list, none appeared for the respondents. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the credit of the Environmental Committee Operated by Registrar (Judicial) [Account No.7633863037; MICR Code: 2/4
