The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to complete the enquiry initiated in respect of shop No.4/7, Mattuthavani Bus Stand bearing assessment No.6170176 pending in file NO.Ma.Va.2/15805/2016.

2.It is stated that such enquiry was initiated in pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioner complaining that the allotment of such shop originally granted in favour of the petitioner and subsequently transferred to some other person without notice to him. This Court, at this stage, has not expressed any view on the claim made by the petitioner, as the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition is only for disposal of the enquiry.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to dispose of the enquiry within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
