ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1149 of 2026 in Crl.A. 1/4
(MD)No.89 of 2026 on 09.03.2026, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to report before the Inspector of Police, R-7 K.K.Nagar Police Station, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m.
2. The learned Counsel for State of Tamil Nadu (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 43 days.
3. Since it is reported that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 43 days, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1149 of 2026 in Crl.A.(MD)No.89 of 2026 on 09.03.2026, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month, i.e. on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 03.06.2026 ogy 2/4
