Murugesan aged about 19 years before this Court and set him at liberty.

************ [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner is the mother of the detenu. This petition has been filed for directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body of person of petitioner's son namely Saravanapandi S/o. Murugesan aged about 19 years before this Court and set him at liberty.
2.The case of the petitioner is that her minor son is in illegal custody of the third respondent.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that a case has been registered and investigation would be done.

4.In such view of the matter, we are inclined to close this Habeas Corpus Petition with a direction to the second respondent to continue to trace the detenu.
