The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 29.07.2016 to the third respondent for providing police protection at the time of 'Aadi Meeting' at Sri Pathirakaliamman Temple, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District, which has not yet been considered by the third respondent. Therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court with the aforesaid prayer. 2.Mr.D.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents.

4.There is an undertaking by the learned Additional Government Pleader to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.07.2016.

5.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the third respondent is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

consider the representation given by the petitioner dated 29.07.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with as expeditiously as possible.

6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
