Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the respondent in connection with the impugned order of suspension passed by him in his proceedings in Roc.No.e22799/2023-A1 dated 27.03.2023 and quash as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent to post the petitioner in any other place within the Madurai District, based on this representation dated 06.06.2023 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

The instant writ petition has been filed by the Deputy Tasildhar challenging his order of suspension dated 27.03.2023 on the ground that it is a prolonged suspension.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that the order of suspension of the petitioner has been revoked by the respondent herein on 28.08.2024 and the petitioner has been posted in Revenue Divisional Officer, Madurai. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has already been acceded to by the respondent. 3.In view of the above said facts, no further orders are called for. Hence, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
