When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first and second respondent Police would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the respondent Police conducted the enquiry in C.S.R.No.372 of 2022 and closed the case as "mistake of fact". He would further submit that nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
3. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
