The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in HMOP.No.138 of 2017 on the file of Subordinate Court, Sankarankovil, and transfer the same to Sub Court, Devekottai, Sivagangai District.

2.The court notice on the respondent has been returned with an endorsement 'refused'.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to transfer HMOP.No.138 of 2017 from Subordinate Court, Sankarankovil, to Sub Court, Devekottai, Sivagangai District. The Sub Court, Devekottai, Sivagangai District, shall endeavour to bring closure to the dispute between the parties within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
