Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Bank to return the original title deeds deposited by the petitioner's father pertaining to the Loan Account No.341106510280188 to the petitioner. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for Mandamus to direct the respondent Bank to return the original title deeds deposited by the petitioner's father pertaining to the Loan Account No.341106510280188 to the petitioner.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent has filed a copy of the instructions received through email from the respondent bank, dated 10.06.2025. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has only given a representation but has not come forward to execute necessary documents for release of the documents.

3. Considering the same, there shall be a direction to the respondent Bank to call upon the petitioner to execute necessary documents for release of the title deeds. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of 40 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
