ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who was arrested on 12.07.2020 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 403, 409, 477(A) and 420 I.P.C, in Crime No.10 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is a staff in City Union Bank. He has illegally pre-closed the fixed deposit of one Mrs.Vanitha Sudharson having receipt Nos.500707060122873 and 500707060125995 to the tune of Rs.13/- lakhs without her knowledge and approval and misappropriated the same.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that this is the second bail application. The first bail application filed by the petitioner was dismissed on 12.08.2021 in Crl.OP(MD).No.10531 of 2021 by passing a detailed order. Without referring any change in circumstances of the case, this second bail application is moved by the petitioner. 4.When the matter was listed for hearing before this Court on 07.09.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner and therefore, for providing one more opportunity to the petitioner, this bail application is posted today. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
