O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed as against the transfer order dated 19.08.2021 in and by which the petitioner was transferred from the Office of the Block Development Officer, Kaalayarkovil to the Office of the Block Development Officer, Sivagangai.

2. In the impugned order dated 19.08.2021, it is stated that the transfer is subject to the outcome of the Writ Petition filed by the petitioner in W.P. (MD) No. 17133 of 2020.

3. Mr.Veera Kathirvanan, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent submits that as against the order of Disciplinary Authority, the petitioner is having an appeal remedy before the Director of Rural Development and this petitioner, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P. (MD) No.15735 of 2021 without invoking the appeal remedy, has filed this Writ Petition before this Court.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General and the order passed in W.P. (MD) No. 17133 of 2020, this Writ Petition is closed as no further order is required in this Writ Petition. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
