ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.2427 of 2026 dated 06.02.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.2427 of 2026 dated 06.02.2026, is modified to the effect the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in 15 days for time at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, as and when required.
