*********** [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner prays that he should not be dispossessed from Survey No.218/3, Resurvey No.456/16 measuring an extent of 0.00.48 Ares Sekkanam Village, Karungulam, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District except by due process of law. 2.The authorities are expected to follow the statutory procedure while taking action for removal of encroachment. Therefore, the authorities are directed to follow due process of law.

3. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
