ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to survey of the property situated in Survey Nos.292/11, 292/12, 292/2 and 292/3, by considering his E-challan dated 15.05.2025 (the date is wrongly mentioned as 23.01.2025 in the prayer portion of the writ petition instead of 15.05.2025).
2.Heard the arguments of Mr.R.Balakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.The petitioner claims right over the subject property under a registered sale deed dated 04.11.2022. The patta for the subject property stands in the name of petitioner in Patta No.8307. He submitted an
online application on 15.05.2025 seeking survey of the property in Application No.2025/0123/22/009362. The same has not been considered till date. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the online application of the petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.
5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 15.05.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
